Air fried kidney beans - crispy "popcorn" snack and salad topper.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C as per manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Coat kidney beans with a light mist of olive oil cooking spray and season with sea salt. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air-fry the kidney beans for 25-30 minutes until they split open, become crisp, and range in shades of brown. Extend by 5 minutes if needed for a toastier finish.
  • Cool completely then store in an airtight container or zip-top bag.
