Air fryer salmon burgers with customizable toppings for a healthy, crispy patty without the grease.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • avocado oil nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 0.75 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup diced onion
  • 0.33333334326744 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 medium lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 3 brioche buns, halved
  • 3 teaspoons mayonnaise, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your air fryer to a sizzling 400 degrees F (200 degrees C), and prepare the basket by lining it with parchment paper and giving it a quick spray of avocado oil.
  • Combine the salmon, panko, onion, 1/3 cup mayonnaise, lemon juice, egg, dill, seafood seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl until evenly mixed. Form the mixture into 3 equal patties.
  • Lay the salmon patties in the basket and generously spray with avocado oil.
  • Air fry the patties until golden brown for 8 to 10 minutes. Flip them over, spray with avocado oil, and air fry for an additional 4 to 7 minutes. Serve on buns with the remaining mayonnaise spread.
