Delicious salmon cakes with fresh herbs, cooked quickly in the air fryer.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chervil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 0.5 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
  • 0.25 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 (5 ounce) packages of fresh salmon
Instructions:
  • Preheat your air fryer to a sizzling 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 10 minutes.
  • In a bowl, combine egg, mayonnaise, parsley, chervil, dill, chives, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, seafood seasoning, and salt. Add panko bread crumbs and mix well. Carefully fold in the salmon.
  • Form the mixture into 4 savory cakes and then place them on a perforated parchment-lined air fryer basket.
  • Cook salmon cakes in your air fryer for 8 minutes, remembering to flip them halfway through. Enjoy immediately.
