Air fry frozen salmon for a quick, delicious meal in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 0.75 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon freeze-dried dill
  • 2 (12 ounce) skin on frozen salmon fillets
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (199°C) for optimal cooking conditions.
  • Combine mustard, brown sugar, garlic, salt, pepper, and dill in a small bowl, mixing until fully blended. Let it rest for later use.
  • Lay frozen salmon, skin-side down, in the air fryer basket and air fry for 6 minutes. Then, flip salmon, coat each fillet with 1/4 of the sauce, and air fry for an additional 6 minutes.
  • Brush the remaining flavorful sauce over the fillets and cook until the fish easily flakes with a fork, for about 3 to 4 minutes.
