Crispy air-fried salmon patties served with zesty aioli - a quick and tasty weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 pinches Cajun seasoning
  • 12 ounces salmon, minced
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, or more as needed
  • 1 lemon

Instructions:
  • Combine creamy mayonnaise, pungent garlic, zesty lemon juice, and bold Cajun seasoning in a small bowl. Chill the flavorful dipping sauce in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • In a medium bowl, combine salmon, chives, parsley, garlic, salt, and flour. Mix thoroughly. Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  • Preheat your air fryer to a perfect 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) while slicing the lemon into 4 delightful rounds.
  • Create a bed of lemon slices in the air fryer basket, then carefully layer the salmon patties on top. Give the patties a delicate spritz of cooking spray.
  • Lower the basket into the hot fryer and reduce the temperature to 275°F (135°C).
  • Air fry patty until a thermometer reads 145°F (63°C) in the center, about 10-15 minutes. Enjoy with sauce.
