Whip up a tasty air fryer spaghetti squash with olive oil, paprika, and black pepper for a quick and savory side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (3 pound) spaghetti squash
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.125 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions:
  • Using a sharp knife, score a line lengthwise around the entire squash. Microwave the whole squash on high for 3 to 5 minutes to ease cutting. Transfer to a cutting board and slice in half lengthwise along the scored line. Wrap one half in plastic wrap and refrigerate for later use.
  • Scoop out pulp and seeds from the other half and discard. Brush olive oil over the flesh and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C), then place the spaghetti squash half skin side-down in the basket and cook for 18 to 20 minutes until tender.
  • Fluff the mixture with a fork to create noodle-like strands in a serving dish.
