Whip up personalized tempura veggies in a snap using your air fryer. Customizable with various veggies, spices, and sauces!
Ingredients:
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup plain seltzer water
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cups vegetables
  • Purchased DIPPING SAUCE, for serving
Instructions:
  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for optimal cooking temperature.
  • In a bowl, whip egg whites until frothy. Stir in seltzer water until incorporated. Add flour, SEASONING, salt, and pepper; mix until batter forms.
  • Prepare the basket by coating it with cooking spray. Dip the VEGETABLES in batter until fully coated, allowing any excess to drip off. Arrange the vegetables in the basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary. Cook until golden brown, for about 7 minutes. Serve with the DIPPING SAUCE.
