Ingredients:
  • 500.00 ml almonds sliced raw, no skin
  • 3 egg whites raw
  • 50g unsalted butter
  • 62.50 gm Monkfruit Classic Sweetener
  • 40.00 ml plain flour white
  • 60g dark chocolate
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Combine butter, egg whites, sweetener, and flour until smooth, then gently fold in the almonds.
  • Cover a baking sheet with a light layer of butter before shaping the biscuits to your preferred size.
  • Bake in the oven until lightly golden, for about 15-18 minutes. Let the florentines cool.
  • Microwave the chocolate in 10-second intervals until smooth. Drizzle it over the florentines.
  • Transfer the dish to an airtight container after it has cooled.
