Delicious almond flour pancakes with coconut milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon - a tasty twist on a classic breakfast favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups almond meal
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.5 cup Original Unsweetened Almond Breeze Almondmilk Coconutmilk Blend
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Using a non-stick skillet set to medium-low heat, spoon 1/4 cup of batter into the pan.
  • Pan-fry until beautifully golden for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Top with an assortment of seasonal fresh fruit and drizzle with aromatic maple syrup before serving.
