Indulgent pecan, oat, and white chocolate bake.
Ingredients:
  • 250.00 ml pecan pieces
  • 190.00 gm white choc bits
  • 75.00 gm oats
  • 90.00 gm brown sugar
  • 100g unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 6 Gala apples, cored, thinly sliced
  • Cream or ice cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180C (or 160C fan-forced). Combine apples and caster sugar, then transfer to a medium baking dish.
  • Prepare the crumble topping by mixing together pecans, chocolate bits, oats, brown sugar, and flour in a bowl. Add butter and use your fingers to rub it in until the mixture is combined. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the apples.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes until the apples are tender and the crisp is golden. Enjoy with a dollop of cream or a scoop of ice cream.
