Apple pie cheese ball: Cream cheese infused with apple pie flavors, rolled in pecans. Perfect with apples or graham crackers.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy. Add 1/4 cup brown sugar, confectioners' sugar, apple pie spice, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and vanilla extract, then continue beating until smooth. Transfer the cheese mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a ball by wrapping the plastic around it. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, for at least 2 hours.
  • Combine pecans, a touch of sweet brown sugar, and a hint of cinnamon on a wide plate. Coat the unwrapped cheese ball evenly with the pecan mixture, gently pressing to ensure the toppings adhere to the cheese ball.
