Delicious apple walnut bread perfect anytime with abundant apples and nuts.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.25 cup applesauce
  • 3 eggs
  • 1.75 cups white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 cups peeled, cored and cubed apples
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a cozy 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) and lightly grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans.
  • Combine oil, applesauce, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, sift flours, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt together. Gently fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Finally, gently mix in apples and walnuts, then pour batter into pans.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 70 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
