Ingredients:
  • 4 cups apples, cored and chopped
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and generously prepare a 10-inch Bundt pan. Mix together apples and sugar, ensuring precise measurements for a perfect, fluffy cake. Allow the mixture to sit for a few minutes.
  • In a large bowl, lightly whisk eggs, then mix in oil and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gently fold in apple mixture and chopped walnuts. Transfer batter to prepared pan.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
