Creamy spinach artichoke dip with Alfredo sauce, perfect with breadsticks and crackers.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) container Alfredo-style pasta sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.33333334326744 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Arrange the garlic in a small baking dish.
  • Bake until garlic is soft, 20 to 30 minutes. Allow to cool slightly, then squeeze out cloves from skins into a large bowl.
  • Combine artichoke hearts, spinach, Alfredo-style pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese with garlic in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Transfer the mixture to an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  • Place in the oven and bake until the cheeses are gooey and bubbling, approximately 30 minutes. Serve hot.
