Creamy, cheesy spinach and artichoke dip.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, partially thawed
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (16 ounce) containers sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • garlic salt to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until it sizzles. Add the spinach and artichoke hearts, stirring them gently until they become tender, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Combine cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and garlic salt into the spinach mixture. Cook and stir occasionally until thickened, about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.
