Asian-inspired beef burgers with a delicious twist.
Ingredients:
  • 400g beef mince
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 20.00 ml grated ginger
  • 18.00 gm white sugar
  • 21.00 gm soy sauce
  • 18.40 gm vegetable oil
  • 300g bread roll
  • 50g Asian mixed leaves
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • Sweet chilli sauce, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, combine mince, onion, garlic, ginger, sugar, and soy sauce. Mix well. Shape mixture into 12 small patties using wet hands. Chill in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
  • In a large frying pan over medium heat, heat oil. Cook patties until golden and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
  • 1. Warm the rolls as instructed on the package, then split them in half. Place lettuce leaves, a patty, tomato slices, and chili sauce on the bottom half of each roll. Top with the other half of the roll and serve with extra sweet chili sauce, if desired.
