Revamp waffle iron with savory Bacon and Swiss waffles for a flavor-packed upgrade!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
Instructions:
  • Preheat the waffle iron and generously grease it with cooking spray, vegetable oil, or shortening.
  • Combine Bisquick, milk, and eggs in a large bowl until smooth. Mix in cheese and bacon. Pour the batter onto the center of a preheated waffle iron, then close the lid.
  • Bake until the steam stops and the waffle is golden brown. Remove the waffle carefully.
