Try this quick and easy bacon cheeseburger macaroni casserole - just mix macaroni, ketchup-infused ground beef, cheese, and crispy bacon!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bacon bits
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. 2. Cook elbow macaroni until al dente, about 8 minutes. 3. Drain and return pasta to the pot.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, then brown and crumble the beef for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally until fully cooked.
  • Season the browned beef with a flavorful blend of onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in some ketchup and let it simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 to 10 minutes. Pour this delicious mixture over the cooked pasta and give it a good stir.
  • Fold in the sharp, tangy Cheddar cheese until it transforms into a creamy blanket over the pasta; then introduce the crispy bacon bits and incorporate them gently.
