Delicious bacon cheeseburger meatloaf topped with crispy onion rings - a crowd-pleaser for all ages!
Ingredients:
  • 10 slices bacon
  • 0.33333334326744 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 pound ground beef chuck
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 0.25 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (3 ounce) can French-fried onions
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until crispy and browned, about 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels and crumble into a large bowl once cooled.
  • Combine the ketchup and mustard in a bowl.
  • Mix together 1/4 of the ketchup mixture, ground chuck, Cheddar cheese, eggs, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper along with crumbled bacon in a bowl. Press the mixture into a 5x9-inch loaf pan and spread the rest of the ketchup mixture on top of the meatloaf.
  • Bake the meatloaf until no longer pink inside, for about 45 minutes. Top with French-fried onions and continue baking until onions are browned and internal temperature reaches at least 160°F (70°C), for 10 to 15 more minutes.
