Bacon cheeseburger omelette: a savory breakfast blend of delicious flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 0.25 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pickles
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped lettuce
  • 0.125 cup shoestring potatoes, or to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to cool, keeping the flavorful grease in the skillet. Crumble the bacon once cooled.
  • Sauté onions in the skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add ground beef and cook, stirring to break into smaller pieces, until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Remove any extra grease.
  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and ketchup into the beef, and simmer until well combined.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Whisk eggs and milk, then pour into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom. Cook until eggs are just set, around 5 minutes.
  • Layer bacon, beef mixture, tomatoes, pickles, and lettuce on one side of the omelette. Fold the other half over the filling, top with Cheddar cheese. Cover and cook until cheese is melted, around 1 minute. Sprinkle with shoestring potatoes for a delicious finish.
