Elevate your dishes with this versatile American dip - perfect for Caesar salads, succulent prawns, or freshly baked soda bread.
Ingredients:
  • 3 streaky bacon rashers
  • 125g (1/2 cup) whole egg mayonnaise
  • 125g (1/2 cup) sour cream
  • 41.60 gm buttermilk
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 21.00 gm fresh lemon juice
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped fresh dill leaves
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped fresh continental parsley leaves
Instructions:
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the bacon until golden and crisp, turning occasionally, for 7-8 minutes. Transfer to a board and finely chop.
  • Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, garlic, lemon juice, dill, and parsley in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then stir well to mix. Lastly, fold in the crispy bacon.
