Indulge in our decadent loaded potato casserole with creamy cream cheese, crispy bacon, savory garlic, and caramelized onions. Delish!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (4.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ loaded baked potatoes
  • 1 3/4 cups boiling water
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup garden vegetable spreadable cream cheese (from 8 oz container)
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. In the dish, whisk together sauce mix, water, milk, cream cheese, and garlic powder until smooth. Gently fold in the potatoes.
  • Bake the dish without a cover for 30 to 35 minutes until the potatoes are tender. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken, then stir and top with bacon and onions.
