Elevate your asparagus game with this easy and elegant bacon-wrapped recipe. Perfect for any occasion with just 5 ingredients and a single pan. Bacon-wrapped asparagus bundles for a smoky flavor and tender perfection that is sure to impress your guests.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 lb fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 lemon, cut in wedges
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line an 18x13-inch rimmed pan with foil and place a large rack in the pan. Spray the rack and foil with cooking spray.
  • In a large shallow bowl or pie plate, combine melted butter and pepper flakes. Add asparagus and toss to coat evenly. Divide asparagus into 8 bundles and wrap each bundle with a slice of bacon. Ensure the bacon is not overlapping. Optionally, secure each bundle with 2 toothpicks and place them on a rack with the toothpick-side down. Drizzle any leftover butter mixture on top.
  • Roast the asparagus wrapped in bacon for 30-36 minutes, turning halfway through, until the asparagus is tender and the bacon is crispy. Serve with lemon wedges.
