  • 2 bacon-wrapped beef filet mignons (5 oz each)
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions:
  • Place a cast-iron skillet directly over the crackling flames of the campfire. Season the filets generously with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  • Once the skillet is sizzling hot, gently place the filets in it. Allow them to cook for approximately 4 minutes on each side until they reach a perfect medium doneness, remembering to flip them only once.
  • Allow the filets to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
