Ingredients:

250g strawberries, hulled, halved
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
57.20 gm honey
40.00 ml balsamic vinegar
200g whole brie round
20.00 ml chopped pistachio kernels

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 200C (180C fan-forced).
In a small roasting pan, combine the strawberries and rosemary. Drizzle with honey and half of the vinegar, then season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 5 to 8 minutes until just tender. Finish by drizzling with the remaining vinegar and set aside.
