Ingredients:
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 (14 ounce) can baked beans
  • 1 (12 ounce) can corned beef, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • 1. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion in vegetable oil until soft and translucent, approximately 5 minutes. 2. Spread the baked beans in a casserole dish. 3. Mix corned beef with tomato puree and Worcestershire sauce, then pour over the beans. 4. Top with the cooked onions and mashed potatoes. 5. Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese on top before serving.
  • Bake until the casserole is hot and bubbly, for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
