Ingredients:
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground dry mustard
  • 1 to taste salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Evenly spread cheese at the bottom of the baking dish. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, mustard powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese.
  • Place in a preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes or until firm. Allow it to cool slightly before slicing into squares for serving.
