Ingredients:
  • 4 (4 ounce) flounder fillets
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted, divided
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 0.66666668653488 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch dried thyme
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Give a gentle grease to a spacious baking dish.
  • Place flounder fillets in the prepared baking dish and generously brush with 1 tablespoon of butter for a luscious finish.
  • Mix the remaining butter with bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, thyme, and pepper in a bowl, then sprinkle the mixture over the flounder and gently press it down.
  • Cook the fish in the oven until it easily flakes with a fork, typically 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Gently place the fillets on a plate using a thin spatula.
