Ingredients:
  • 6-lb fully cooked smoked bone-in ham
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons orange or pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Place the ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the ham. Bake uncovered for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the thermometer reads between 135°F to 140°F.
  • In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Brush the glaze over the ham during the final 45 minutes of baking.
  • Take the ham out of the oven, cover it loosely with foil, and allow it to rest for 10 to 15 minutes to make carving easier.
