Make delicious oven-baked potato wedges with olive oil and spices.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound potatoes
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Cut the potatoes into wedges, then rinse and pat them dry. Place them in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil, making sure to coat the wedges evenly.
  • Combine black pepper, oregano, garlic powder, and seasoned salt in a separate bowl or large zip-top bag. Toss in potato wedges until they are fully coated. Arrange wedges onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the oven until beautifully golden and crispy, for 20-25 minutes.
