Bake Dijon mustard and bread crumb coated salmon at 400°F until tender and flavorful.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets salmon
  • 3 tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard
  • 0.25 cup Italian-style dry bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Assemble all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a shallow baking pan with aluminum foil.
  • Lay the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking pan and coat each fillet with a delicate layer of mustard. Season with salt and pepper for a flavorful touch.
