Make delicious Baked Steak Burritos at home - savory beef and bean filling wrapped in a soft tortilla. Ready in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 1/2 lb beef boneless sirloin tip steak, cut into thin bite-size strips
  • 1 can (16 oz) Old El Paso™ Traditional Refried Beans
  • 12 tortillas from 2 packages (8.2 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas for Soft Tacos and Fajitas (10 Count)
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
  • 3 medium green onions, thinly sliced (3 tablespoons)
  • 1 can (10 oz) Old El Paso™ Mild Red Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend (4 oz)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Melt butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Mix in taco seasoning and add beef strips. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked to your liking. Drain excess fat.
  • Place the refried beans in a microwave-safe dish and microwave on High for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Spread a generous amount of refried beans on each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. Add beef, Cheddar cheese, and onions on top. Roll up the burritos, making sure to fold in the sides. Place them seam side down in a 13x9-inch glass baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce over the burritos and sprinkle with Mexican cheese blend.
  • Bake without a cover for 7 to 12 minutes until the burritos are heated through and the cheese is melted.
