Indulgent banana chocolate chip cake bursting with moist, banana goodness. Perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 0.66666668653488 cup white sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.75 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together bananas, melted butter, milk, and egg. Gently fold banana mixture into the flour mixture until just combined. Add chocolate chips and mix. Transfer batter to the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (melted chocolate is okay).
