Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant banana pudding mix
  • 0.5 cup mashed banana
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease and flour two 8x4 inch loaf pans.
  • Combine the cake mix and instant pudding in a medium bowl. Incorporate eggs, oil, water, and mashed banana using an electric mixer until the batter is smooth. Gently fold in the chopped nuts before pouring the mixture into the prepared pans evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool in pans for 15 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
