Moist and flavorful banana bread cake made with pantry staples and ripe bananas - easy and delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup butter, softened
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, gently mash ripe bananas. Add in flour, sugar, butter, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and baking powder. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Transfer the batter into the greased loaf pan.
  • Bake in the oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean, about 50-60 minutes.
