Moist and tender banana muffins made with ripe bananas and pantry staples, perfect for kids to help make!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large bananas, mashed
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  • In a spacious bowl, blend together bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter until thoroughly mixed. Gently incorporate the flour mixture until a smooth batter forms. Fill the prepared muffin cups 2/3 full with the batter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until the tops spring back when lightly pressed. Allow to cool briefly in the tin before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
