Ingredients:
  • 6 medium bananas
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup shredded coconut
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a 10x1 1/2-inch pie plate. Slice bananas in half crosswise, then lengthwise, and arrange in the pie plate.
  • Brush bananas with butter and then drizzle with a mix of orange and lemon juices. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and coconut. Bake without covering for 8 to 10 minutes or until the coconut turns golden brown.
