Whip up delicious coffee shop-style scones at home using Bisquick® mix for an easy and quick start.
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F and generously coat 2 cookie sheets with cooking spray.
  • Combine Bisquick mix, toffee bits, 1/4 cup sugar, whipping cream, vanilla, egg, and bananas in a large bowl until a soft dough forms.
  • Spoon 10 heaping tablespoons of dough onto cookie sheets (5 per sheet). Brush tops with milk and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar. Chill the second sheet while the first one bakes.
  • Bake until golden brown, usually 11-13 minutes, then serve warm.
