Kids' special bangers and mash for Dad's special day.
Ingredients:
  • 800g sebago potatoes, peeled, roughly chopped
  • 40g unsalted butter
  • 128.75 gm milk
  • 62.50 ml fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, finely chopped
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 8 thick beef sausages
  • Cooked peas, to serve
  • Tomato relish, to serve
Instructions:
  • Boil potato until tender, then drain and return to pan. Mash until smooth, add butter, then gradually mix in milk. Stir in parsley and season with salt and white pepper.
  • Spray a large non-stick frying pan with olive oil and heat over medium heat. Cook sausages, turning occasionally, for 12 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • Place a generous scoop of mashed potato on each plate. Accompany with sausages, peas, and relish for a delightful meal.
