Barbecued Pork Tenderloin

Succulent barbecued pork with a tasty twist of chipotle and teriyaki from Betty Crocker's Heart Healthy Cookbook.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pork tenderloins (about 3/4 lb each)
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki baste and glaze (from 12-oz bottle)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped chipotle chile in adobo sauce (from 7-oz can)
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. Season pork with seasoned salt. Combine all other ingredients in a small bowl. Brush pork with barbecue sauce mixture.
  • Grill the pork over medium-low heat, covering it and cooking for 18 to 22 minutes. Remember to turn the pork several times and brush it generously with the sauce. The pork is done when it has a slight blush of pink in the center and the meat thermometer reads 160°F. Discard any extra sauce.
