Impress your family with a flavorful Asian marinade lamb roast.
Ingredients:
  • 160ml marinade
  • 2 tsp Chinese five spice
  • 2 x 500g Mini Lamb Roasts
  • 1 large brown onion, cut into wedges
  • Steamed sugar snap peas, to serve
  • Coles Brand Coleslaw Mix, to serve
  • Steamed rice, to serve
  • Sliced spring onion, to serve
Instructions:
  • Heat up your barbecue with the lid on at high heat. (Alternatively, preheat your oven to 230°C.)
  • Mix marinade and Chinese five spice in a small bowl. Coat lamb thoroughly. Line the base of a large disposable roasting tray with onions. Arrange lamb on top. Grill lamb over indirect heat in a covered barbecue for 25 minutes for medium doneness or until cooked to your liking.
  • Place the tender lamb on a plate and generously cover it with foil to keep it warm. Allow it to rest undisturbed for 10 minutes. Serve the succulent lamb and sautéed onion alongside sugar snap peas, creamy coleslaw, and fluffy rice, all garnished with fresh spring onion.
