Make perfect crepes in a small non-stick pan.
Ingredients:
  • 250.00 ml plain flour
  • 515.00 gm milk
  • 3 eggs
  • olive oil cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Sift flour into a bowl. In a jug, whisk together eggs and milk. Pour milk mixture into the flour and whisk until smooth.
  • Start by generously greasing a non-stick frying pan with oil and heating it over medium heat. Pour 2 1/2 tablespoons of batter into the pan, swirling it to evenly coat the base. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until it turns light golden, then flip and cook for another minute. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
