This versatile fruit bread recipe is a quick and easy way to bake delicious bread using various fruits and veggies like apples, rhubarb, carrots, and zucchini.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded apple
  • 0.75 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease a 4 1/2-x 8 1/2-inch loaf pan.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, oil, eggs, apple, walnuts, and vanilla in a large bowl until dry ingredients are just incorporated. Transfer batter to the greased loaf pan.
  • Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, for 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
