Succulent broiled red snapper with a flavorful twist for fish skeptics. Balancing bold flavors while savoring the essence of the sea.
Ingredients:
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon barbeque sauce
  • 2 (7 ounce) red snapper fillets
  • cayenne pepper, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Position the oven rack 6 inches below the heat source and preheat the broiler. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and give it a light coat of cooking spray.
  • Mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and barbeque sauce in a bowl.
  • Lay red snapper fillets on the baking sheet, sprinkle with salt. Cover each fillet with the mayo mix and finish with a dash of cayenne pepper.
  • Broil until the top is golden brown and bubbling, and the fish easily flakes with a fork. This should take about 7 minutes, rotating the baking sheet if needed.
