Whip up quick and tasty beef teriyaki noodles for a satisfying family dinner in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • 500g beef stir-fry strips
  • 4 spring onions, cut into 3cm pieces, plus extra, sliced, to serve
  • 2 zucchini, halved, sliced
  • 250.00 ml teriyaki marinade
  • 450g pkt fresh noodles hokkien
  • 24.00 gm sesame seeds, toasted, to serve (optional)
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan, heat half of the oil over high heat. Brown the beef in 2 batches. Set aside. Add the remaining oil to the pan and cook the spring onions and zucchini until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Return the beef to the pan, pour in the marinade, and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Place the noodles in a bowl and cover them with boiling water. Let them sit for 5 minutes to soften, then drain. Add the noodles to the stir-fry and toss to coat. Finish by sprinkling with sesame seeds and extra spring onions.
