Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound sausage
- 2 pounds processed cheese, shredded
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
Instructions:
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown and crumble ground beef and sausage for 7 to 10 minutes. Remove and discard excess grease.
- As the meat cooks, mix together processed cheese, salsa, and green onions in a large skillet over low heat. Stir continuously until the cheese is completely melted.
- Mix the meat into the melted cheese until well combined. Simmer without a lid for a few additional minutes or until it's ready to be served.
