Savory beef and cheese dip with a kick, featuring ground beef, sausage, and gooey melted cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 2 pounds processed cheese, shredded
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown and crumble ground beef and sausage for 7 to 10 minutes. Remove and discard excess grease.
  • As the meat cooks, mix together processed cheese, salsa, and green onions in a large skillet over low heat. Stir continuously until the cheese is completely melted.
  • Mix the meat into the melted cheese until well combined. Simmer without a lid for a few additional minutes or until it's ready to be served.
