Fluffy beer-infused crepes for a delicious twist!
Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2.5 teaspoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Combine eggs and beer in a large bowl and beat until smooth. Sift together flour and salt, then mix into the bowl. Add oil and let the batter rest for 1 hour. If needed, adjust the consistency by stirring in a splash of milk.
  • Preheat a crepe pan over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray. Pour 2 tablespoons of batter into the pan, spreading it quickly to the edges. Cook until the top is dry, then flip and cook for 15 seconds. Transfer to paper towels and continue cooking the remaining batter using the same method.
