Easy beer bread recipe using only 3 ingredients, with your favorite beer for delicious flavor and perfect rise.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
Instructions:
  • Collect all the flavorful ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine the flour and sugar in a large bowl.
  • Combine the beer with the flour and sugar mixture.
  • Combine the batter thoroughly using a wooden spoon and then your hands until fully mixed. The batter will have a sticky consistency.
  • Gently transfer the batter into the pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake until the top turns a beautiful golden brown in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
