Beer-infused butter chicken: Succulent, flavorful, and sure to impress.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter, divided
  • 2 tablespoons garlic salt, divided
  • 2 tablespoons paprika, divided
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can beer
  • 1 (4 pound) whole chicken
Instructions:
  • Prepare your outdoor grill by preheating it to low heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • In a small skillet, melt 1/2 cup of butter until it's sizzling. Stir in 1 tablespoon of garlic salt, 1 tablespoon of paprika, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour out half of the beer, keeping the remaining amount in the can. Mix in the rest of the butter, garlic salt, paprika, salt, and pepper. Put the beer can on a baking sheet or disposable pan. Stand the chicken on top of the beer can, inserting it into the cavity. Brush the chicken with the seasoned melted butter.
  • Grill the beer-marinated chicken on low heat until cooked through, about 3 hours. Check for doneness by ensuring the juices run clear and the thermometer reads 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) in the thickest part of the thigh near the bone.
  • Once grilled, cover with a double layer of aluminum foil and let it rest in a cozy spot for 10 minutes before slicing.
