Best Ever Banana Bread from I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!®

Irresistibly moist banana bread, perfect for a tasty family snack. Easy to bake and enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 0.75 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread.
  • Mix together mashed banana, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl using a wooden spoon. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well combined. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 60-70 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool for 20 minutes on a wire rack, then remove from the pan and cool completely. Optionally, drizzle with Vanilla Glaze.
